AI-Generated Content
The recipes you receive are created by our artificial intelligence. We do our best to give you useful and delicious suggestions, but remember: they're creative ideas, not absolute certainties. AI can make mistakes, suggest unusual combinations, or miss some ingredients. Always use your own judgment!
Intellectual Property
The SalvaCena brand, app design, logo, and all original content are our property. You can use the generated recipes for personal use, but you can't copy, reproduce, or resell parts of the app or its content without our written permission.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or put other users' safety at risk. We always try to be fair and warn you first, but in serious cases, we may need to act immediately.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, we'll first try to find an amicable solution. If that's not possible, the competent court will be Milan, Italy. For European Union users, EU consumer protection regulations also apply.
